I had decided to leave Avination and stop wasting time on it, but The Almighty Avination Grid Goddess Melanie decided to have another go at me, again deleting a sim I paid for, without any regard to the tenants on the sim as innocent victims from her harassment. So, I got seriously pissed off, and have taken measures to help Avination along its path down the drain. Since a serious personality flaw of mine is never having any problems with stooping to the level of my opponents, I will care about her remaining users as little as she has about the tenants in the sims she has deleted. So, since I'm at it again, I may as well continue following the demise of Avination. Some backlog grid surveys will follow, and then some more tidbits about the fall of Avination and its Almighty Grid Goddess.
Although it isn't possible to find regions via the map interface outside of the area (0,0)-(2048,2048), a number of regions (36 of 894 this survey) are not found inside this area. I've still not found a reason for this, but it may be regions that are quarantined before final deletion.
The area (950,998)-(1003,1050) is locked for ordinary region ordering, and is therefore considered special, hence the separate statistics for this area.
A couple of land owners appear to have been shuffling their regions around since the last survey, resulting in them being registered as both gone and new, since it's hard to determine if a region has just been moved, renamed, changed owners, or really been deleted and a new one with the same name appeared.
