I've compiled another Avination grid survey.
Although it is not possible to find regions via the map interface outside of the area (0,0)-(2048,2048), a number of regions (38 of 954 this survey) are not found inside this box. I have still not found a reason for this.
The area (950,998)-(1003,1050) is locked for ordinary region ordering, and is therefore considered special, hence the separate statistics for this area.
